Customer Event 2015
We are hosting our now biennial Customer Event at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, home of Coventry City FC and Wasps rugby team.
This year’s venue is within 2 hours drive of 75% of the country and a minute from J3 of the M6, so there’s no excuse to miss this opportunity to learn how to maximise your investment in Javelin.

This year’s event will feature a rolling program of presentations and demonstrations on various topics scheduled across two separate but adjoining rooms – the Jaguar Suite and the Jaguar Lounge. This includes our sister Company Radan, readily available to show off their popular metal cutting software alongside the new Javelin integration into their sheet metal optimisation and CNC program generation.
In addition the popular poster walls will return with information on all the new developments and functionality added in the last two years since the previous event, plus a reminder of all the important features added over the five years before that.
Our team of consultants will be on hand between presentations to run through any aspects of the system in more detail, and other members of the team will be demonstrating specific features such as SFDC and Wireless Stores functionality.
There will be details of future planned developments, plus your chance to shape Javelin by voting to prioritise functionality in the next couple of releases.
Important announcements about support and training options will be made, aiming to give you a flexible approach to getting more from your system. Your Account Manager will be on hand to discuss upgrade options and costs and details of the highs and lows of an upgrade will be featured.
But of course this is your event and one of the most important benefits consistently reported by visitors is the interaction between users. There will be plenty of opportunity to meet and talk with other users, and we will be featuring details of some specific applications of Javelin. In order to maximise this contact we will continue to inform all pre-registered visitors of the different companies that will attending, along with an outline of their business and specific use of Javelin / Jobshop.
