Multiple Sales Orders.  Handling of complex contracts can be achieved by linking multiple sales orders to specific projects.  In a contract environment progress and cost can be monitored against previously input budgets.

Delivery Date Predictions.  A delivery date can be predicted utilizing available capacity data at point of entry. 
 
EDI.  Sales orders can be accepted by electronic data interchange (EDI) streamlining data entry, minimizing delays and eliminating re-keying errors.
 
Hot Keys.  The sales order inquiry screen can be “hot keyed” from any point in JAVELIN, providing immediate response to customer order progress inquiries.
 
Customisable Documents.  All customer facing documents (order acknowledgements, delivery notes, invoices, release notes) are fully customisable to meet the needs of your customers requirements. 
 
Credit Checking.  JAVELIN also provides credit checking capabilities, which are triggered automatically at both order entry and despatch. In addition integrated links and interfaces to best-of-breed accounting systems minimizes administrative input.
 
Price Book Functionality.  Comprehensive price book functionality enables multiple price breaks to be assigned to each saleable part. Prices can also be set in different currencies and linked to specific customers along with item or order discounts.
 
Flexible Despatch Facility.  JAVELIN provides a flexible despatch facility catering for mass picking from stock or JIT delivery direct from production.  Facilities are also available to provide control of customer consignment stock.
 
Batch Invoicing.  Flexible invoice routines allow batch invoicing of multiple deliveries or specified invoice content.  The system also incorporates a fully documented and controlled customers’ returns routine.
 

Extensive Analysis.  JAVELIN provides extensive sales and order analysis, incorporating user defined analysis fields with an array of printed reports, graphical displays and real time screen inquiries.
