Who we are
This website is operated by Javelin Holdings Ltd (“Javelin”, “we”, “us”), part of Berkeley Myles Solutions Ltd, a Banyan Software company. Javelin Holdings Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17144519, with its registered office at The Pavilions, Bridgewater Road, Bristol BS13 8FD.

Information we collect
We only collect the personal information we need. This includes:
- Enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number and anything you include in your message when you contact us or ask for a demo.
- Customers and support: business contact details for people at our customers, and information shared with us while we provide support, training or other services.
- Suppliers and partners: business contact details for people we work with.
- Website technical data: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
Under UK data protection law we must have a lawful basis for using your information. We use it to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Our contact form
The contact form on this website does not store your information. When you press “Send message”, it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email. We then handle your email as described in this policy.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure it is protected, for example by using countries the UK recognises as providing adequate protection, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to an ongoing relationship: up to 2 years.
- Customer and contract records: for the length of the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards, to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider, usually no more than a few months.
Keeping it secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to people who need it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
- object to our use of your information, including for marketing;
- ask us to transfer your information to another organisation;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
